Norwegian pre-med students travel to a remote snowbound cabin where they encounter Nazi zombies.
It takes Evil Dead’s setup, stirs in Dead Alive’s manic, over-the-top gore aesthetic, and tops it off with the monsters from Shock Waves. I loved it.
Revisiting this after almost a decade, the black humor and special effects hold up, and the location photography still lends a polished sheen.
Fair warning, the cartoonish violence and gore will offend some, but they had me cackling.
